Today I witnessed her dealing with a very difficult customer, and she was the best she could ever be I feel sorry that she had to deal with this person but did it in a very professional manner, kudos to Deb! Great store, friendly employees and plenty of selection
My wife and I were given the best customer service we've had in years. Robert and his associate (sorry, I didn't get her name) went above and beyond to help us figure out a problem we were having. We won't forget about it and will gladly return to this store. From what I can tell, the rest of the staff is just as helpful.
The store was clean and well stocked. The few employees I encountered while shopping asked if I needed any help finding anything which was a nice change from other stores. The store wasn't super busy when I went so checking out was quick. Overall a pleasant experience.
It doesn't matter which store I walk in nor does it matter what time I go to one of the Smiths grocery stores, I am always greeted with a warm smile. If I ever need anythimg one of there employees are always there to help. The stores are always clean and never unorganized. My favorite part are the prices that drop every week and the electronic coupons you are able to clip off there app saves me pretty good amount of money every week. Wait if you go there please stop by there produce and grab one or 5 of there grab bags. They bag up fruit and vegetables for .99 cents. Just yesterday I got bag of grapes, bag of 3 or 4 avocados, a bag of the smiley tangelos. Well long story short Smiths is a great store with huge savings.....
